Top Quality Marque draws on a wealth of experience to enhance and accelerate the effectiveness of head teachers, department heads, and school inspectors working across schools, colleges, and universities.
Chief Executive is Bogusia Matusiak-Varley, an experienced OFSTED inspector. Supported by a top team of consultants whose expertise extends to mainstream and specialist educational needs, Bogusia has played a key role in developing over 200 schools by identifying their strengths and areas for development - inspiring them to great heights.
Bogusia, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, uses the best elements of coaching, drama and psychotherapy. She is currently developing a model of effective leadership through her PhD in leadership styles.
